Kid Merica Discovered Boxing
After Kid Merica’s Father retired from Quantico, VA from the USMC in 2012, his family and him finally settled down in Fredericksburg, VA. This is where he found boxing and the rest has been history since.
Experience
Kid Merica began boxing at the age of 12. Having past a decade worth of experience with a resume that includes formly being ranked #1 by Sugar Bert Boxing, #5 by USA Boxing, a multiple time VA/NC Silver and Golden Gloves champion, and more.
Education
Another thing Kid Merica takes pride in is his accomplishments in his education path as he believes it has been a key component to his success inside and outside the ring. Graduating from Chancellor High School; with an advanced diploma and two associates degrees from Germanna Community College, Kid Merica is striving towards his bachelor degree in Business Management.
Favorite Hobbies
Kid Merica's favorite things in life outside of boxing is anything to do better his health physically, mentally, and spiritually. This normally involves activities around the presences of faith, family, friends. This can include hobbies as extreme as hunting, or something as simple as just driving around to kill time, and everything else in between.
The Goal
Although Kid Merica has his own personal boxing goals he's looking to achieve, the main goal is just to spread the positive message among his community, and society in general. This message is that any dream is possible to achieve through belief, hard work, perseverance, and commitment. In other words, Kid Merica is the true example of the "American Dream."
Gym Location
Kid Merica trains and coaches out of Fredericksburg's own "Future Champs Boxing Gym". Located at 27 Utah Place Suite 105 Fredericksburg, VA 22405
